Return Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.
You will be able to return the product to us free of charge using this shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will begin processing your refund or replacement.
Note: We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. The refund process may take several business days depending on the policies of your bank or payment provider.
Refund Process
Once we have received the returned product, here’s what happens next:
- We will initiate the refund process.
- You will receive an email notification once your order is marked as “Refunded”.
- From that point, it is up to your bank or payment provider to process and credit the refund to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Important Note: Once the refund is initiated, the time it takes for the money to be credited to your account depends entirely on your bank. If you experience delays, please check with your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Option

If your order qualifies for a return, you can request a replacement instead of a refund. Here’s how it works:
- After we receive the returned product, we will ship you a replacement at no additional charge.
- To make up for the inconvenience, your replacement will be shipped using our Premium Shipping Plan at no extra cost to you.
